As for most of us, perhaps, my first award in the world of blogs I got is:

Because after first time I did not understand what it was and I abandoned it for some time :p thank you so much Karen ♥ and after I recieved it from Ksenia ♥ in russian and spanish-just-in-case I started thinking.... thinking... thinking... by the way, do I have 5 followers? >.<

CD-box

As many times I start something, as many times I notice, I have a lot to learn...
This CD-box took me a while and I have to change some details, cover some unexpected paint.. but result will be more or less like that:

Thats main view of opened box. As there is not a lot of CDs yet, I put them laying down.. A lot of mess because of labels, I needed small one and had to scan those I have :( started as shabby.. well.. I still like it :P

Синие Скважины. Замочные (АТС)

Наконец-то домучала свою первую серию АТС! Как-то было ленно скважины вырезать, но все-таки свершилось =)

Началось все с задания от блога "Наше Хобби" - создать серию АТС с использованием штампов и синего цвета. Скажу честно, Магнолия на АТС как-то не легла)))) поэтому поштамповала фон (потом покрасила, снова поштамповала, снова добавила пятен...) Встречайте.. Часть А. На всех трех есть надпись "Любопытство не ждет" :р (про карты подробнее позже)

Часть Б. Надписи:

Это совершенно неважно. Вот почему это так интересно.
Нам более интересно не то, что рассказывают, а то, что скрывают.
Жизнь интересна. Нужно только проявлять любопытство.

Обо всем и ни о чем...

Зато на русском языке! Свершилось! Нет, мне не починили ноутбук, зато у меня сдали нервы! Ура! Я наклеела буквы на мой-другой ноутбук! Я понимаю, что люди за пару недель осваивают слепую печать (на скольких языках, интересно?), но я в упор не попадаю по буквам, точнее по некоторым.. Данте говорит, что это от того, что 80% я все равно печатаю на английском, поэтому хуже запоминаю, да еще и эти странные буквы на испанской клавиатуре (типо Ñ или Ç) немного смещают раскладку (и когда я печатаю "русскую" открывающуюся скобку, он мне пишет звездочку!!!) но всему приходит конец. Теперь важный и неповторимый ряд русских букв на белых бумажках гордо красуется на клавиатуре, и я все вижу и попадаю по всем буквам!!! Теперь я могу писать длинные заунывные посты на великом могучем, да еще и за короткий срок! Неужели вы не рады?)))

Но что-то я отвлеклась. Для длинных и не очень постов про жизнь у меня есть старый добрый ЖЖ, а тут все только по делу. А скраповых дел пока нет, ибо мы переезжаем....в коробки! Новая волна работ будет в апреле.

А сейчас я доделываю коробку (нет, не для упаковки вещей к переезду))) и серию АТС, а также коротаю время за диджи-скрапом. Вот одна из работ:

Фотки из зоопарка, людей там будет немного. Максимум 6-7 фоток в таком вот стиле (A touch of Tenderness by Florju Scrap), зато фоток зверей около полтинника минимум. Распечатаю 15х20 потом. Потренируюсь на зоопарке, засяду за свадебный (по чуть-чуть...)

А еще я вот тут разгулялась с буквами и понаписала много комментариев...и у меня назрел ВОПРОС...а что если мне кто-нибудь не дай бог возьмет и ответит на комментарий? как я об этом узнаю? я только на мои посты уведомления на почту получаю....а всех мест и не упомнишь... :(

My first easel (мольберт) card

I kept doing rock&pink topic a little bit (same theme for different images) and decided to try easel shape....

And here is base of it (you can see that all black paper has metal effect):

What I noticed is that its hard to make easel "stay still" and I added 2 black bead-sticks from each side to fix it:

And it looks pretty cool at last - I think I will keep on easels ^^

Сегодня наконец доделала открытку для Данте на "3 месяца как женаты" и он ее уже забрал!!! Про 21е число и речи нет, дал бы хоть подписать нормально!!!))))

Вот как выглядит фронт:

Сердечки сделаны из моей любимой.... "резиновой бумаги для детского творчества"?? Чего только нет на свете... А основная бумага с сердечками - это "тонкий картон для обклеивания коробок и школьных учебников" из того же киоска))) Надпись наша любимая, моею рукою незатейливо написанная))

За эти ножницы я получила кличку "Садовница"))))))))))))))))

I made two of them just in case... but they have a little bit different images. Just to try I used tulle (green apple color) but it didnt come out on picture... looks fluffy though >.<

At first, we do not celebrate St. Patrick's day (and we didn't do it in Russia) but it doesn't mean we never-ever-never-in-this-life wish luck to someone :p

While mixing on inspiration recipes I was remembering wishing luck to my sister with her music classes exams (that seems to be more nervous than math or history - too many people listening you) so conclusion is.... I am glad I am not a musical girl =)

Ok, back to topic:

И небольшое лирическое отступление... На сегодня нет новых работ, ибо начала делать коробочку для хранения чего-нибудь (15х14 см и 12 см высотой), покрыла барнизом (лаком) дно с обеих сторон (мало ли, на мокрое поставлю, да и внутрь часто что-то попадает, а так хоть защита от воды), проветривается =)

Еще опробовала новую форму открытки, но первый блин.... маловат.. да и со строчкой косяк (хотя муж забрал в свою коллекцию, даже не раздумывая))) и я еще даже не закончила!)))))

По такому поводу сделала открытку с загадочной девушкой (Востока?) дабы пожелать всем оставаться такими же неповторимыми, молодыми и полными сил и идей! (шрам на лице не обязателен :Р )

Единственное НО, открытку делала сегодня, поэтому глиттер непонятного производства еще не подсох, на фото, конечно, видно....но он у меня такой так и живем =) через три дня должен соизволить испариться 8)

Postcard + CD envelope

You know how many times you need some.. male help with computers >.< some programs to be installed, movies, favourite music for listening in car... so here is idea of "his present for her". Very simple and romantic thing - postcard & CD envelope =)

And how it looks inside (with CD):

As you see it is pretty simple and economic project - wooden paper, 2 pieces of paper, charm and piece of yarn (dont forget scissors and some glue or/and double side scotch! :P)

Perfectly matching (as I think) two challenges:

Cute pink card

Did it ever happen to you... that you see something you like and immediately idea comes "I will use it for scrapbooking!!!" and no matter if it is just digital image or picture from pencils cover or paper from candies or eBay envelope.... "I need to do it!" you say XD I started noticing it more and more :P

But lets return to main topic. I keep making satin ribbon flowers like crazy (I already don't remember how many of them I did for our wedding but since than making just one flower doesn't take any time). And for the first time in my life I used those needles (somebody plz tell me if it is dangerous or not... I am still afraid if somebody will cut himself >.< )


I took image from this artist but as it is for personal use (actually, for my sister), she shouldn't mind (though still I will let her know, as a good girl)

Another postcard I finally finished...

Base is double-side orange paper (I think about 150g), magnolia stamp by aquarel (water color) pencils, some decorations, handmade crep paper (hmm....papel crepe) flower and tiny paper ribbons (I bought them for quilling but they are too messsssssy for it).

That nice sketch I took from Homyachok Scrap Challenge and here it is:

I am in love with this humster *_* BTW challenge ends on 25, March and all you need is following sketch + using a charm there. Though if you will have some problems with russian there you can ask me more :p

Also I would like to use this postcard for Ideas Time Challenge - Handmade flower (until 10 of March)

I already sent one work there but... let it be one more ;)

UPD: This postcard is already taken by my husband - orange juice (Cepita) fan (and I will get threads of 24 colors for that.....yay!!!).

For Beautiful-Places-Makers!

To start with, I found beautiful blog Ginger's House and I am very happy with it!
So many phrases to tell to different people (and to myself - go check about cleaning room!) :p
And I choose one of them to start creating process...........well, here we go :)

I did it for challenge Sketch from OUR HOBBY (until 8 of March) :

Though to be 100% honest I didn't find and read complete rules (hope they won't hit me) but I turned it on 90º and phrase should be a little bit smaller I like it as it is!!!

Also I will use it for Happy Crafting Challenge "Gifting flowers to women" (until 8 of March) that needs one hand-made flower on project :

As for details, I was totally missing some leaves or cardstock decoration for flower (but no green here, plz) and had to remember how to use scissors :p Also I put white lace on red satin ribbon for the first time in my life and guess I will keep using this tip for white lace picture to be seen, than made flower with another lace, red button (I call them "mushroom type" if they ever had another name) and golden beads.

UPD: from today I am happy owner of heart-flowers charms - they finally arrived! yay!

Time to go and make a list of people that can "make a place beautiful" =)

But before...I have to finish 2nd post ;)

Родители мужа уехали в отпуск, попросили присмотреть за домом, за цветочками и за собакой. Рядом со списком "Не забудьте сделать:..............." лежала кучка с ленточками и кружевами и P.S. "это остатки, надеюсь пригодятся для открыток"
Ооооооо... такие остатки уж точно пригодятся =)
Решила сделать приятный сюрприз в виде открытки "С возвращением домой!" (конечно же с использованием подаренного)

Материалы: кружева, ленточка, синельная веточка-нить, бусинки...очень так по-домашнему =)
Открытка еще не подарена, поэтому описание на русском))))

Some spring for my autumn

Несмотря на то, что сегодня первый день осени, душа по привычке кричит "Весна!" Как бы намекнуть ей, что пора довязывать свитер и искать ботинки потеплее?

В очередной раз прибиралась на столе (на моем уютном балконе) с проверкой, что и где доделать надо, там цветочек приклеить, где-то надпись подобрать, лежит и ждет своего часа (а уж новогодние недоделки сколько ждут), но не будем о печальном =)

С наступлением весны! Хочу еще поздравить маму, но наверно почтой вышлю:

может оно и не логично, но цветочки-сухоцветы теперь пахнут жасмином =) за это я и люблю сухоцветы - стойко держат парфюм :р
